Throughout my career, I’ve always enjoyed solving problems and I've always been fascinated by what makes things work, and just as importantly, what gets in the way when they don't. Investigating and understanding what’s really going on, then looking at things from different angles, and then creating an approach that works. I bring that same practical curiosity to hypnosis and hypnotherapy.

I don’t begin with a script or a one-size-fits-all method. I begin with you: how you think, what you’ve experienced, what matters to you, and what may be standing in the way of the change you want. From there, I draw upon different hypnotic approaches and change techniques to create a process that fits you.
